We want every athlete to have a great OMYD experience. We understand that plans change. This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, transfers, and chargebacks are handled for all OMYD Football Camps registrations.
1. Cancellation by Participant
To cancel your registration, email support@omyd.com with your order number and camp name. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Refund Schedule
- 30+ days before camp start: Full refund, minus a $25 non-refundable processing fee.
- 15–29 days before camp start: 50% refund, or 100% credit toward a future OMYD camp within 12 months.
- 0–14 days before camp start: No cash refund. 50% credit toward a future camp within 12 months.
- After camp begins: No refunds or credits, including for missed sessions.
2. Medical Cancellations
If your athlete is unable to attend due to a documented injury or illness, submit a physician's note to support@omyd.com within 7 days of the camp start date. Approved medical cancellations receive a full credit (minus the $25 processing fee) toward a future OMYD camp within 12 months.
3. Transfers
- You may transfer your registration to another OMYD camp (subject to availability) up to 7 days before the original camp start date at no charge.
- You may transfer your spot to another eligible athlete up to 48 hours before camp start. Email us with the new participant's details.
4. Cancellation by OMYD
If OMYD cancels a camp for any reason (including low enrollment, facility issues, or staff availability), every registered participant receives a full refund to the original payment method, with no processing fee deducted.
5. Weather, Force Majeure & Schedule Changes
Camps generally proceed in light rain. If sessions are cancelled due to severe weather, natural disaster, public health emergency, government order, or other events outside our reasonable control, we will reschedule affected sessions when possible. Where rescheduling is not possible, we will issue a prorated credit toward a future OMYD camp. Cash refunds for force majeure cancellations are at OMYD's discretion.
6. No-Shows
Participants who fail to attend without prior notice are not eligible for any refund or credit.
7. How Refunds Are Issued
- All approved refunds are processed through Stripe and credited to the original payment method.
- Refunds typically post within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time.
- Original payment processing fees are non-refundable except where OMYD cancels the camp.
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
Please contact us first at support@omyd.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank — most issues can be resolved within 48 hours. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us, or that are determined to be invalid, may result in suspension from future OMYD programs and recovery of associated dispute fees.
9. Merchandise & Add-Ons
Camp apparel, gear bundles, and other add-ons are final sale once produced or shipped. Defective or incorrect items will be replaced free of charge — contact us within 14 days of receipt.
