- Registration data: participant name, date of birth, age group, position, jersey size, emergency contact, and parent/guardian contact details.
- Account data: email address, phone number, mailing address, and password.
- Payment data: billing name, billing address, and payment card details. Card details are entered directly into Stripe and are never stored on OMYD servers.
- Health & safety data: medical conditions, allergies, and physician contact provided to keep athletes safe.
- Communications: messages you send us via email, contact forms, or support channels.

- Device and browser information, IP address, and approximate location.
- Pages viewed, referring URLs, and timestamps via cookies and similar technologies.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To register, schedule, and operate camps and clinics.
- To process payments, refunds, and chargebacks through Stripe.
- To communicate logistics, schedule changes, weather alerts, and safety information.
- To send marketing emails (you can unsubscribe anytime).
- To improve our website, programs, and customer support.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
3. Payment Processing (Stripe)
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. OMYD does not collect or store your full credit card number, CVC, or expiration date. Stripe is a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor. Your payment information is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy. We receive limited information from Stripe such as the last four digits of your card, card brand, and authorization status, which we use to confirm orders and provide support.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited circumstances:
- Service providers: Stripe (payments), email and SMS providers, hosting, and analytics — all bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Camp staff and coaches: rosters, medical alerts, and emergency contacts to keep your athlete safe.
- Legal requirements: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
- Business transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
5. Cookies

OMYD serves youth athletes. We collect information about participants under 13 only with verifiable parent or guardian consent obtained during registration. Parents may review, update, or request deletion of their child's information at any time by emailing privacy@omyd.com.
